The NAFA Project is a fictional 36-team football league and design passion project designed entirely from scratch.
this project aims to craft professional-looking sports identities for 36 teams across North America, harnessing local imagery, culture, and history to make each team feel alive and well-loved by fans.
This prolonged design project began as goofy team sketches in a notebook when I was nine years old, and has since developed from crude doodles and shoddily-made digital drafts to a carefully crafted passion project that aims to realistically emulate professional sports brands in a theoretical alternate professional football league.
Even after over a decade, this project remains unfinished. A handful of teams are still being updated and tweaked until I find them as good as possible.
